Terms of Service

All template work is done with originally designed graphics or purchased graphics elements that allow for resale under their liscencing agreement

Templates and graphic elements may not be reused on multiple sites. If you intend to use elements from your template on a site, or elements from a site I have built on a template, you must re-purchase that graphic element. If you violate this, you may be violating the terms of service under which your original graphic element was purchased. As a result you will be reported to the graphic distributor and I will no longer be able to do work for you.

All Custom designs are my intellectual property until final payment has been made. If you cancel a project, I reserve the right to sell any designs that have been created during the course of the project. I will also retain any deposits that have been paid.

You may not resell any templates, custom designs, banners, buttons or graphics that have been purchased from or created by me.

Large project such as full site designs require a 1/3 deposit, 1/3 payment at the point which the project is half complete and the final 1/3 upon completion.
